Rental rates for 2 persons  Vancouver Apartment and Penthouse Suite

October - April:       $149.00 (per night)  
May - June:            $179.00 (per night)   
July - September:   $199.00 (per night)   
December:             $179.00 (per night)

Apartments are rented by the month, 30 days and longer. 
 
Surcharge per person for 3-4 persons $15 per person/per night

Special discounts are available for 60 days  rentals.

After a consecutive 30 night stay taxes are not applicable.
Added to the above prices will be: 5% federal tax (GST).  Applications for Visitors Tax Credit are available here.

A deposit of $500 is due and payable to secure your booking, and the balance is payable thirty days before the start of the rental.  We accept payment by bank transfer and International money order.

A security deposit of $500.00 is required and payable with the balance and will be refunded in full, if you return the suite to us in a clean and undamaged condition, otherwise we will deduct a cleaning fee of $100 and/or charges for damaged or missing inventory.

There is no refund for early check out. No refund for cancellation. We will gladly rebook for a different time. We highly recommend that you purchase cancellation and medical insurance.

Check In is by appointment ONLY, not later than 6 PM.

Ein besonderer Rabatt ist erhaeltlich fuer Vermietungen fuer 60 Tage.

Ein Betrag von $500.00 ist sofort fällig um die Buchung fest zu machen. Der Restbetrag ist fällig 30 Tage vor der Appartment Uebergabe. Wir nehmen Zahlungen Bankueberweisung und International Moneyorder an.

Eine Steuer von 5% (GST) wird zu den obengenannten Preisen dazu gerechnet. Antraege fuer Visitors Tax Credits sind hier erhaeltlich.

Eine Sicherheitskaution von $500 wird mit dem Restbetrag erhoben und wird spaetestens 10 Tage nach Beendigung Eures Aufhaltes zurueck ueberwiesen, nach Inspection des Appartments, wenn alles sauber und in Ordnung uebergeben wurde, ansonsten erheben wir eine Reinigungsgebuehr von $100. 

Es gibt keine Keine Kostenzurückerstattung fuer verfruehtes Check-Out oder andere Kanzellierung. Sollte der Reiseantriitt nicht moeglich sein, verschieben wir die Buchung gerne auf einen anderen Termin. Wir empfehlen dringend den Abschluss einer Reisekosten- Rücktrittsversicherung.

  

Rates for the Gibsons Suite, Sunshine Coast
 
Rental per day for 2 persons:                         $95.00
Rental per week for 2 persons:                       $570.00
Surcharge per person/day for 3-4 persons:      $10.00
Winter fee per night between Oct - May          $20.00

5 % federal tax (GST) must be added to all prices.  Minimum rental is 4 nights.
