Rental rates for 2 persons Vancouver Apartment and Penthouse Suite :
$527.00 per night
A deposit of $1000 is due and payable to secure your booking, and the balance is payable sixty days before the start of the rental. We accept payment by bank transfer and International money order.
Added to the above prices will be: 5% federal tax (GST). Applications for Visitors Tax Credit are available here.
A security deposit of $1000.00 is required and payable with the balance and will be refunded in full, if you return the suite to us in a clean and undamaged condition, otherwise we will deduct a cleaning fee of $100 and/or charges for damaged or missing inventory.
There is no refund for early check out. No refund for cancellation. We will gladly rebook for a different time. We highly recommend that you purchase cancellation and medical insurance.
